Why My Fiverr Gig Is Automatically Removed From Search Result

The competition on Fiverr has grown so much so that it is becoming more harder by the day to rank high or be seen on the first and second pages of Fiverr search results. Now, you might have noticed a drop in sales or even total removal of your Gig from Fiverr. This is as a result of some little mistakes on the part of the seller or competitors or buyers who purposely order your Gig and leave negative feedback to make Fiverr swipe you off your supposed ranking and sales.

fiverr, fiverr gigMany don't know that Fiverr does periodical Maintenance and Gig rotation in order to give other Gigs a fair chance at Views, Clicks and Sales. This most times, results to your Gig disappearing from search results, causing low Impressions, Views, Clicks and Sales.

"Your Gig got off Fiverr's search result either due to Fiverr's scheduled maintenance or because you got a negative feedback from some unsatisfied buyer. But on the other hand, Fiverr do rotate Gigs periodically to give other Gigs a chance at sales."
Depending on your Gig, Gigs are not always totally removed from Fiverr; they can only be pushed down because of fierce and strict competition and sometimes negative feed backs.

Here are some of the reasons Why Fiverr Gigs Are Removed From Search Results:

#1: Maintenance & Gig Rotation.
Periodically, Fiverr undergoes a scheduled Maintenance and Gig Rotation which has really both been a blessing and a curse for some sellers. The Gig rotation helps both new and existing sellers with little or no sales to up their sales by rotating their Gigs upwards to the first page of their keyword searched result. Maintenance on the other hand, tends to affect both buyers and sellers, whereby Gigs that usually ranks between 1-4 on the first page might rank 8-15 on the seventh page after maintenance.

*Solution:
Although this is sometimes inevitable, you must ensure to drive traffic continuously to your gig in order to keep the sales coming in.

#2: Negative Feedback.
When buyers are not satisfied with the quality of job rendered them, they would always give a negative feedback. This in turn affect sales and can also cause a slight drop in your Gigs search result.

*Solution:
For as much as you can, always over deliver your gig. Make sure buyers are 100.1% over-satisfied with your Gig.

Note:
Some buyers are highly influential and might want to write a negative review of your Gig which can really affect your sales and personality.

#3: High Competition.
Although the competition on Fiverr is very high, some rated, top sellers and featured sellers on Fiverr might buy your gig and purposely leave off a very negative feedback. You Must be very careful and cautious with them.
